1.1 Please confirm your acceptance of our Terms of Sale before completing your purchase by ticking the box at the end of the order process. If you refuse to accept these Terms of Sale, unfortunately you will not be able to order any products from this website.

2. Your status
2.1 By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
2.1.2 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
2.1.3 You are at least 18 years old.
2.2 If you are contracting as a consumer, please note that nothing in the contract between you and us or these conditions of sale affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Purchase of goods, order process
3.1 Your order for a product shall be regarded as an offer to purchase products under these conditions of sale. In order to place an order for the purchase of one or more products on juliamays.com, you must fill out the online order form and send it electronically to us, following the relevant instructions. These Terms of Sale can be accessed at any time during the order process. The online order process includes information on the main characteristics of each product ordered and corresponding unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the type of payment that you may use in order to purchase each product, shipping terms for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs and the terms and conditions for returning purchased products. Orders are subject to acceptance by Julia Mays and availability of the ordered products. Product descriptions are correct at the date of publication but are subject to availability or change without notice. We cannot be responsible for errors in typography or photography, including any distortions in shades of colours. By submitting an order form to and making a contract with the us, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these Terms of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on www.juliamays.com.
3.2 If the products ordered are not available, we will notify you by email and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel the order.
3.3 We will confirm acceptance to you by sending you an order confirmation by email containing a summary of the information related to the order form, and this will constitute a binding contract between you and us. We may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by email that the contract has not been executed and that the we have not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof.
3.4 The contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the order confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate order confirmation.

4. Guarantees and Product Price Indication
4.1 The price of any product will be as displayed on this website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. When you buy a product from this website, you will have to pay the price displayed (which is inclusive of VAT at the current rates) together with delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our guide to delivery costs (Shipping Options). Prices vary by shipping region and products prices are dependent on the region of the delivery address. If you purchase a product in a different regional store, or of a different currency, your order will be void and you will not be charged, nor will you receive the product purchased. Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation.
4.2 The main characteristics of products are shown on each product page. The products offered for sale may not exactly correspond to the real items in terms of image and colours due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
4.3 Orders made from a country site different from the one you are shipping to, or to addresses to which we cannot ship, will be automatically cancelled. Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, we have the right to not accept returned products that are returned without the corresponding packaging, accessories or any other items or that have been altered from their original status or damaged. 4.4 Payment of the product prices and relevant costs for shipping and delivery must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form. In case of payment by Credit/Debit Card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to PostFinance AG or other banks which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by us except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing refunds in the case of returns in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases of fraud to the police. We will display the price that you have to pay on the order confirmation.
4.5 All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may share the credit card holder's personal information with such third parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks. If the issuer of the credit card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
4.6 Payment must be made before supply of the products. We will deduct full payment from your credit card before we ship the products. We may suspend delivery of the products until full payment is received. We may terminate the contract between you and us with immediate written notice if you fail, without good reason, to pay on time.

5. Delivery
5.1 We will confirm the shipping date (including tracking number) by issuing you a shipping notice. Shipping is usually within 48 hrs of the order confirmation, however we reserve the right to ship at a later stage.
5.2 The place of delivery is as stated in the order confirmation.
5.3 If we cannot meet the estimated shipping date indicated in the order confirmation and the revised shipping date will exceed 10 days from the original date of order, then we will contact you to advise you of a proposed new date. If you refuse the revised delivery date you may cancel the order without charge to obtain a full refund. Where the products are delivered in installments, then, unless expressly otherwise agreed at the time of placing the order, these installments will be shipped within 10 days of placing the order.

6. Acceptance of products, right of cancellation
6.1 You must notify us of any missing products, or damage or defects to the products within 24hrs of delivery.
6.2 You may cancel the contract between you and us for any reason, by sending written notice (including email) until, but no later than the end of the 14th calendar day after the day of confirmation of the purchase, without incurring any obligation or liability to us.
6.3 If you cancel, you must return the products (including any accessories which were included in the price of the products) in their original condition, undamaged and at your cost. If not all accessories that were included with the products are returned, we shall be entitled to charge you for the cost of the missing items. If you do not return the products to us in accordance with our return policy, the products must be made available for collection and we may charge you the costs incurred in collecting the products. You must take reasonable care of the products until returned or collected.
6.4 On cancellation of the contract between you and us, we will refund you the price paid, less the direct cost of collecting the products (where applicable), within a period of 30 days from the date of cancellation.

7. Returns
7.1 You may return or exchange products purchased from us, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the products. Costs for return shipping are at your own expense, unless stated otherwise during purchase and for your region of shipping. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transit. The return right - besides compliance with the terms and procedures described here - shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met: 1. you have notified us of your return in advance of sending the products back to us; 2. the products must not have been used, worn, or damaged; 3. products have to be returned in their original packaging, including all extras, wrapping, and accessories. The returned items must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days from the date the package was delivered to you.
7.2 After the products have been returned, we shall check the conformity of the products with the conditions indicated in section 7 above. When we are able to confirm that such conditions have been met, we shall send you an email confirming the acceptance of the returned products. We shall refund the amounts paid for the returned products according to the methods and times of our standard refund procedure. The refund procedure will be initiated by us latest within 30 days from when we were informed of your decision to return. The procedure will begin after checking to ensure that the customer's return is in accordance with the Return Policy and that the returned products have been accepted. In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in these Terms of Sale, you will not be entitled to any refund of sums already paid to us. Nevertheless, you shall be entitled, at your own expense, to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to us. If you do not wish to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to us, we shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the sums already received.

8. Promotions
8.1 Julia Mays runs exclusive promotions from time to time and these can be communicated via www.juliamays.com or Julia Mays official social media channels which can be found at the bottom of each page of www.juliamays.com. It is your responsibility to ensure you qualify for a specific promotion and claims cannot be made after you have made a purchase and were deemed not qualified.
8.1 Free exchanges Julia Mays may offer free exchanges from time to time. This offer is generally valid for customers shipping to the European Union only unless stated otherwise. A free exchange means Julia Mays will cover the cost of picking up the product(s) and sending out a new pair. This offer may be redeemed only once per order. The free exchange shall be organised by Julia Mays and you are obliged to return the pair in the method provided by Julia Mays. This offer cannot be redeemed in any other way. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other discounts.
8.2 Second Size Promotion Julia Mays offers the option to return a pair of shoes for free if another pair of the same category and leather has been bought and is not returned or exchanged. This offer is valid for customers shipping to the European Union only. All requirements governing regular returns apply. The free return shall be organised by Julia Mays and you are obliged to return the pair in the method provided by Julia Mays. This offer cannot be redeemed in any other way. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other discounts.
